How we work
Everything we do, we do with heart and spirit. We listen and understand. We care and foster growth, for the people who use what we design and for the business behind it.
Graham leads every project, from the first conversation to launch. When a project needs a specialist skill, we bring in independent collaborators, so each team is sized to the work.
Projects have a fixed scope, a price and a schedule agreed up front. Every launch includes 30 days of fixes, and ongoing care is available after that.

Design and build
Most projects take two to ten weeks, with a live preview link throughout.
Care and foster growth
We launch, check every page and cover fixes for 30 days. After that, ongoing care is there as your business grows.

Design that starts by paying attention
Since 2019 Graham has led sound ceremonies as Aloka, holding rooms of people who arrive busy and leave quiet. That second career is the first thing Alike brings to a project: the habit of noticing how people really arrive, what they notice, and what they carry out the door.
So we look at a business from the website in and from the floor up. Before we design anything we sit in the room, use the product, book the appointment, read the emails. The work that follows is simpler for it, because it answers what people actually need.
The result is design that feels calm to use and warm to be in, whether it lives on a screen or in a room, and that keeps serving the people behind it after launch.
