Powur: solar sales software

EyeCue Lab, 2020 to 2023. Senior product designer and co-product owner.

A suite for a solar company: the platform its sellers work in every day, a back office for projects and installations, a customer website, and iOS and Android apps.

Graham led design on a team of 13 developers, 3 QA engineers and 2 designers, managed the product designers, and worked directly with the client's CEO and feature owners.

Advisor software for a major financial services company

Pow Interactive, 2018 to 2019. Senior product designer.

Software for both old-school and new-school financial advisors. User testing showed what each group needed. Graham also made the illustrations and the landing page for the company's design system.

Purdue and Columbia giving days

Story Worldwide, 2014 to 2015, as associate creative director; Columbia's 2015 Giving Day as an independent consultant.

Two universities with the same goal: raise as much as possible in 24 hours. Over two years Graham led creative and UX for both: the sites, logos, video concepts and print, plus social posts by the hour.

Purdue's 2015 Day of Giving raised $13.7 million in 24 hours, a record for a single-day campaign in higher education at the time. Columbia's 2015 Giving Day raised $12.7 million, its best to that point.

McGraw Hill Financial: the ethics certification app

Cinomadic, with Madzik and Evolvinx. Design lead.

Every employee had to read the company's Code of Business Ethics each year and pass a test on it. Graham cut the document into short sections, kept sign-up out of the way and designed a simple test around those sections, so getting certified took as little effort as possible.

Rivals: bar sports, in real life

Cinomadic, with Madzik and Evolvinx. Product design from the ground up.

An app for finding bars with games to play, checking in, and challenging the people there, with scores, stats and trophies to keep it going. Graham handled the whole arc: research, competitive review, personas, user journeys, structure, wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, the brand and the final design.

Open Paddle: a table waitlist for venues

Cinomadic, with Madzik and Evolvinx. UX and visual design.

Tablet software that venues could put their own brand on, for running ping pong, pool, foosball and shuffleboard tables: a countdown on every table and a text to the next players when theirs was nearly ready.

Beton Builders: from architects to homeowners

Madzik Agency, New York. Creative director.

A design-build firm that had always sold to architects needed to sell to homeowners. Graham rebuilt the brand around its photography and plain language, then designed the website, a client portal with drawings, video and progress reports, the print collateral and the first social accounts. He also wrote the copy.
